Challenge
A clinical referral team was running their entire workflow out of a single shared Excel workbook with 12 tabs. Triage decisions were getting lost between tabs. Audit requests took days to compile by hand.
Approach
We scoped a three-role web app, coordinator, clinician, audit, sharing one normalized referral record. Single sign-on through their existing identity provider, full audit log on every state change, exportable evidence for inspectors.
Outcome
Shipped to production in week 9, four medical centers onboarded in the next four weeks. The audit team reported that compiling their quarterly evidence package went from three days to four hours.
